The Spanish Association of Herpetology (AHE) and the Portuguese Association of Herpetology (APH) cordially invite you to the 17th Portuguese-Spanish Congress on Herpetology and the 21st Spanish Congress on Herpetology on the topic of Biological Invasions on Islands. The event will be held at Ibiza Congress Center (Santa Eulària des Riu) from 19th to 22nd April 2023.

The congress topic aims to highlight the problem of biological invasions on islands and their negative impact on local fauna.

The congress will include keynote conferences and scientific sessions with oral presentations and posters. A field trip will also be organised (TBC).

As usual, there will be general ordinary and extraordinary assemblies of both herpetology associations (APH and AHE) during the congress.

Participants are free to choose any of the following official languages for oral presentations and posters: Portuguese, Spanish and English.

Registration at a discounted fee will be available until 15th february 2023. Full-price registration will the remain open until the start of the congress.
