For several years now, Santa Eulària des Riu has been trotting its shops out to the street on the third Saturday in April, an initiative that fills the town centre with hustle, bustle and general merrymaking and feature live music and kids activities. Organized by the Santa Eulària Traders Association, in collaboration with the Town Hall, the event brings together over 70 local businesses who display their wares at special prices all up and down the main street of Sant Jaume.

The event gets started first thing in the morning and finishes at the end of the evening. During this time, people can browse among the stalls and purchase fashion, accessories, shoes, decorative objects, food products, jewelry, electrical appliances, etc. As an added attraction and to make the day more entertaining for kids, activities are organized just for them – games, workshops and movies at the Teatro España.
