S'Argamassa
This is a beautiful sandy beach which is a very safe spot for bathing as well as offering a wide range of opportunities for practising water sports. Just a few metres from the beach itself there is a Roman aqueduct dating back to the 1st or 2nd century A.D. which measures 425 metres and was used to bring drinking water from a nearby source on the site of a trading-post.
Access
Very close to Cala Pada the beach is accessed from the same point by following the signposts on the main road which leaves Santa Eulària for Es Canar.
Dimensions
Measures 50 metres in length and is between 7 and 8 metres wide.
Tipology
Natural sand is here combined with rocky zones. The beach has a raised platform for protection against the sea with sunbeds and umbrellas which makes it ideal for sunbathers. The seabed is a combination of sandy and rocky areas which are perfect conditions for snorkelling.
